The mobile design of special solar batteries, including those included in the kits, makes it easy to move them from place to place and provide electricity to the borders and positions of troop concentration. The installation of solar panels is possible at various angles, which makes it possible to generate electrical energy for a long time. After the energy sources are accepted for supply, their purchase is planned as part of the state defense order and delivery to the military units of the engineering troops.

It is assumed that they will be put on the balance sheet in military units throughout the country - solar power banks are designed to operate at temperatures from -20 °C to + 50 °C.

From Russian similar charging solutions on solar energy, one can note the EPS-120P portable power plants from NPO Solaris. It is known that such devices on lithium-ion batteries were actively purchased by the National Guard in 2016 for its special forces.

The maximum charge of its battery reached 21000 mAh, and the weight together with the charging panels and adapters did not exceed 16 kg. The solar battery was divided into elements that could be laid out in pouches.

There is also information in the public domain about another mobile engineering solution that the military can use. This is the Skif series of portable power stations of various capacities from Eon.

The lightest version, the individual Skif 600 device, is based in a backpack and can operate for up to five hours at maximum load
