The bus with the YaMZ-537 engine has been undergoing testing in the Moscow region for several months

A Citymax-12 diesel bus with a new generation body has been spotted again near the LiAZ plant. The updated vehicle has been caught on camera.

The bus with the YaMZ-537 diesel engine has been undergoing testing in the Moscow region for several months. Serial production of the model is scheduled for the end of 2024.

YaMZ-537 is a new engine from the YaMZ-530 family with an increased displacement of up to 7.7 liters. They are designed for installation on agricultural machinery, heavy trucks, city and suburban buses.

As www1.ru previously reported, the first hundred YaMZ-537 units rolled off the assembly line only in January 2024.
