About 5,000 LADA Vesta cars have accumulated at the AvtoVAZ site in Togliatti. We are talking about updated cars with a stabilization system. Insiders claim that the production of such cars does not stop, however, they are not shipped to dealers.
The reason for the incident is not known for certain. It is alleged that with certain manipulations with the car, the "Vesta" can allegedly catch fire. The problem occurs when the negative terminal is disconnected from the battery.
Officially, AvtoVAZ has not commented on the incident in any way, and what exactly happened is unknown. Insiders claim that the plant is working on solving the problem.
Note that the stabilization system on the LADA Vesta is of domestic production. It is produced by NPP "Itelma". The domestic manufacturer of electronic components emphasizes that the electronic unit is in no way inferior to foreign analogues.
