Now they have begun to be installed on Russian ships, noted the former Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Air Force for the Unified Air Defense System of the CIS, Lieutenant General Aitech Bizhev.

Bizhev emphasized that the Tor effectively intercepts maneuvering and low-altitude high-speed targets. The complex is capable of shooting down targets at medium and low altitudes.
