The start of cryptocurrency trading on the Moscow Exchange is not expected in the near future. This was announced by Nikolai Trunichkin, head of digital projects and products at the Moscow Exchange.
The Moscow Exchange has no plans to trade cryptocurrency.
It is worth noting that in July of this year, exchange trading and foreign trade settlements in cryptocurrency were allowed. In addition, a law legalizing mining was adopted. From November 2024, cryptocurrency mining in Russia will become legal.
