Rosaviatsiya has proposed producing drones in friendly countries. This could help with the implementation of the national project for the development of UAS and solve the problem of the shortage of electronic components.
Western countries have imposed restrictions on Russia's purchase of electronic components that can be used to create weapons. At the same time, many countries in Africa and Latin America, with which Russia maintains good relations, can purchase dual-use radio-electronic components.
Rosaviatsiya stated that it is possible to organize new production sites with the participation of BRICS countries. We are now talking about civilian UAVs. Such sites have already started operating in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Obviously, the West will resist the implementation of these plans. The US and Europe will impose sanctions against countries cooperating with Russia and supplying dual-use components.
