Companies will be able to configure the integration of VK WorkSpace services with backup systems on their resources. According to the VK press service (formerly Mail.ru Group), VK WorkSpace services meet the key requirements of regulators.

They are included in the register of domestic software, information security is ensured, On-premises installation, compatibility with Russian OS. This means that the services can be used by state corporations, banks, large industrial companies and other structures that need to replace their software with domestic alternatives and not be affected.

Data can be placed in two ways:

• in the cloud, by subscription to VK WorkSpace (SaaS). The company promises transparent tariffs and advanced features for large clients, data storage in the Russian cloud and compliance with Federal Law-152, data security at the application level. This solution, as noted in VK WorkSpace, saves on server equipment and the company's IT staff;
• on the servers of the client company (On-premises). In this case, data storage will be located inside the company's perimeter, while VK WorkSpace promises stable operation under high loads, synchronization with Exchange during migration. Integration with corporate services and security systems was also not forgotten.
  

The client company itself chooses the data backup system, servers for storing backups, configures the schedule, frequency and periodicity of data updates, and their storage period. Information can be easily restored without stopping the operation of corporate communication services.

VK WorkSpace operates on a prepaid system: money is debited from the account depending on the selected tariff and use of services. Postpayment is available to legal entities that have entered into an agreement for the provision of services of a certain volume.
