Russian "Pantsir-S1" missile and gun systems, as well as "Buk-M3" military anti-aircraft missile systems, have extensive capabilities to eliminate Western means of destruction. This was reported by the Telegram channel @RussianArms.
"Pantsir-S1" and "Buk-M3" intercept up to 6 M30/31A1 GMLRS missiles with M101 cluster warheads (WCs) based on shaped-charge fragmentation submunitions, as well as standard WCs and shrapnel WCs based on 180,000 tungsten balls.
The authors of the publication noted that the total target capacity of these assets ensures the reflection of a strike by a full battery of the American HIMARS MLRS.
The "Pantsir-S1" is distinguished by the presence of combined missile and gun armament, a short reaction time, and the ability of the combat vehicle to conduct reconnaissance and destroy aerial targets on the move.
"Buk-M3" is designed to combat maneuvering aerodynamic targets and engage surface targets in conditions of intense fire and electronic countermeasures.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that naval artillery AK-100 and AK-630 were involved in repelling drone attacks. Surface targets were also destroyed by fire from large-caliber machine guns and small arms.
