The SKB-2 bureau "Hoisting Devices" (part of KMZ) has created the LT-1 belt conveyor. This was reported by the company's press service.
The device is designed for loading and unloading operations.
LT-1 consists of an inclined supporting frame, in the upper plane of which roller supports of the working branch of the conveyor and deflector rollers are installed to prevent the belt from derailing, and in the lower plane, straight roller supports of the idle branch are installed.
The design of the LT-1 is equipped with a speed sensor on the tension drums. It sends a signal when the rotation speed decreases and allows you to block the operation of the electric motor when the load increases.
If necessary, the conveyor can be supplemented with a special belt. It is necessary for carrying out operations with bulk products.
