The first Russian industrial humidity sensor based on graphene has been created at Novosibirsk State University (NSU). This was reported by the university's press service.
The innovation is planned to be used in the agricultural, food, metalworking, chemical, and oil industries.
The NSU team has invented a new promising humidity sensor. The device's structure has been developed, a prototype has been created, and a sensor matrix based on graphene and tin oxide nanoparticles has been proposed.
The developers are busy improving the prototype for the customer's tasks. It is expected that the device will meet the need for sensors to operate in extreme temperatures, pressures, and humidity conditions.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that "Roselectronics" presented new reed break sensors.
