As part of the training, combat crews conditionally detected several small-sized targets moving towards a detachment of ships of the Pacific Fleet at sea. The personnel of the corvettes practiced an algorithm of actions to identify and distribute targets for their destruction, as well as methods of firing by sectors in the context of a massive attack by BECs.

The training involved Project 20380 corvettes «Hero of the Russian Federation Aldar Tsydenzhapov», «Rezkiy», «Gromkiy» and «Sovershennyy». «Sovershennyy» is the lead ship of this project, developed by the Almaz Central Marine Design Bureau.

The multipurpose patrol ships of Project 20380 are designed to perform various tasks in the coastal zone: from combating enemy surface ships and submarines to supporting amphibious operations. They have good maneuverability and an impressive arsenal - each has anti-ship missiles, artillery installations, anti-submarine weapons and a helicopter on board.

Earlier in 2024, corvettes of this project had already conducted exercises in the Sea of Japan, practicing the destruction of mines and mock enemy ships.
