At the stand of the Tula KBP at the Army-2024 military-technical forum, a model of a transonic multi-purpose tactical missile, programmatically and structurally adapted from the use of suspension units of the Inokhodets-RU reconnaissance and strike UAV, was presented.
The ammunition borrowed the semi-automatic laser-beam guidance system from the Kornet ATGM and received parabolic tail stabilizers instead of trapezoidal ones.
The new missiles have retained all the flight and technical qualities of the 9M133M-2/FM-3 Kornet family with a speed of about 290 - 335 m/s and a range of 8 - 10 km. The warhead of the Kh-UAV can be tandem cumulative or thermobaric.
Damantsev noted that for use against ground radio-contrast targets in difficult weather conditions, the missile would need to be equipped with an active Ka-band radar homing head.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Russian Navy will receive two nuclear submarines, Knyaz Pozharsky and Arkhangelsk, by the end of 2024. They will undergo state tests, following which they will be transferred to the fleet.
