Закроет «мертвые зоны»: «Росэлектроника» представила обновленную РЛС «Черемуха» на форуме «Армия -2024»

The detection zone of the model has been expanded from 180° to 360°

At the Rybinsk Instrument-Making Plant (part of "Roselectronica"), a modernized portable radar station (radar) "Cheremukha" was presented at the "Army-2024" forum.

The basic version of the "Cheremukha" radar operated in narrow sectors and determined the angle of elevation of the target. The improved model determines the range to the target and the exact coordinates.

This was achieved, among other things, by expanding the detection zone in the horizontal plane from 180 degrees to 360 degrees. Thus, it was possible to get rid of the so-called "dead zones".
Andrey Komogortsev, General Director of the Rybinsk Instrument-Making Plant

The weight of the portable mobile circular обзор radar does not exceed 25 kilograms. This makes it possible to use it as part of foot patrol groups and on vehicles.

The radar determines the location of moving objects by the Doppler signal. "Cheremukha" can "detect" both large ground or water objects, and small ones, such as small FPV drones at ultra-low altitudes.

The device can be used in dense urban developments. "Cheremukha" is already actively used in many enterprises.

Earlier www1.ru reported that a new anti-drone radar "Lori" developed in Russia.
