The Scientific-Production Center of Automation and Instrument Engineering named after Academician N.A. Pilyugin (NPTCAP, part of Roscosmos) presented an advanced multifunctional complex with a "flying wing" type drone at the Army-2024 military-technical forum.
This unmanned aerial vehicle is capable of conducting photo and video reconnaissance, including at night, as well as moving up to 4.5 kg of payload. Speed - up to 120 km/h, communication range - 60 km, flight duration - up to 4.5 hours.
The company also presented a control system for an aerodynamic object, which will reduce the consumption of ammunition for hitting targets.
The international military-technical forum "Army-2024" takes place from August 12 to 14, 2024 in the "Patriot" park.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the newest air defense system "Pantsir-SMD-E" was developed in Russia. It differs from the well-known "Pantsir" by a new combat module without automatic cannons.
