The SKB-2 bureau "Hoisting Devices" (part of KMZ) has developed a new mobile incline. The equipment is designed for preliminary separation of granular products before packaging them into containers. This was reported by the company's press service.
The incline is an analogue of a vibrating sieve and serves to screen out dust and small fractions in the production of various granular products.
The metal structure is equipped with eight springs, with their help an incline at an angle of 20° from the horizontal is created. The frequency converter regulates the shaft speed. The minimum speed is 30 rpm, and the maximum is 184 rpm.
A hopper and spout are mounted in the lower part of the incline. They serve to remove the small fraction. The frame for fastening to the floor has holes around the entire perimeter with embedded structures for installation in a horizontal plane.
The upper part of the body and the sieve are removable. This is done for ease of maintenance of the mobile incline.
Earlier www1.ru reported that KMZ has developed a new technology for the production of tooling for gas turbine engine blades.
