The Kalashnikov Concern has presented a new Russian GP-46 under-barrel grenade launcher. It was developed for a foreign customer, so it is designed for NATO ammunition.
The under-barrel grenade launcher can be used both attached to a rifle and separately. This requires a special module, which is a detachable stock.
The firing range is 400 meters, the caliber of the new under-barrel launcher is 40x46 mm.
Sergey Urzhumtsev, the general designer of small arms at the concern, noted that in the future the new under-barrel launcher could be adapted to use Russian ammunition.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that Russia has developed a missile-like interceptor drone. It is capable of speeds up to 300 km/h.
