The "Moskvich" plant has changed its glass supplier. Now the parts are supplied by Bor Glass Works. Cars with new glass will roll off the assembly line in the winter of 2024.
The glass company said that the production of the third model "Moskvich", including triplex windshields, has been mastered. Currently, Bor glass for "Moskvich" cars goes to the secondary market.
Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said that the cars produced at the "Moskvich" plant are "no longer purely Chinese cars", and the level of localization will increase.
