Автомобили «Москвич» начнут собирать по технологии полного цикла

For this purpose, a robotic welding equipment system was installed

The «Moskvich» plant will start assembling cars using a full-cycle technology. To switch to a new production format, the company has installed a special robotic welding equipment system.

Now welding, painting and special anti-corrosion treatment of bodies will be carried out at the plant. The paintwork will be protected from small stones and gravel.

In total, 114 robots and 145 unmanned delivery vehicles are installed on the plant's production line. After the company switched to a full cycle, 490 new jobs appeared.

The plant also plans to further localize production and create a platform for an electric vehicle.
