The Rostec State Corporation has increased the serial production of aerial bombs of all calibers for their use with universal planning and correction modules (UMPC). This was announced by the head of the corporation, Sergei Chemezov, at a meeting with the President of Russia.
According to him, such weapons are in demand in the troops. In particular, the Russian military-industrial complex has restored the production of high-explosive aerial bombs (FAB) of 3000 kg caliber.
Now these are completely different, deeply modernized weapons. Work has been carried out to adapt these standard aviation ammunition to the planning and correction module.
Earlier, Rostec stated that 80% of the military equipment used by the RF Armed Forces in combat operations is produced at the corporation's enterprises. The Russian army is 100% supplied with the most demanded types of weapons.
