The company "RM Rail" presented a new freight dump car model 33-1297. The development has no analogues in Russia. This was reported by the company's press service.
The novelty is designed for use in mining quarries. The car is suitable for transporting ore, rock, bulk and lumpy cargo of high density.
The model of the dump car 33-1297 is distinguished by its high load capacity. It is 125 tons. This is 10-20 tons more than analogues.
The body volume of the dump car is 56 cubic meters, the speed of movement when fully loaded on the tracks of industrial enterprises is up to 60 km/h.
The dump car has reinforced sides – with 8 hinged points of attachment to the upper frame, and continuous sheathing with a sheet on the outside. A thickened wooden damping layer – 80 mm, ensures the safety of the floor when loading rock.
The running gear of the car is two three-axle bogies. They are made of reinforced large car casting to ensure an axle load of 30 t/s. Wheel pairs are equipped with cassette bearings.
