This concerns the unification of requirements for telecom operators and messengers. In case of refusal to provide data to Roskomnadzor, the channel or blog may be blocked.

It is worth noting that the threshold of 10,000 subscribers is not final; initially, it was proposed to introduce such requirements for bloggers with 1,000 subscribers.

The amendments will be included in the bill on the circulation of SIM cards. Its second reading will take place before the end of the current spring session of the State Duma.
