Wildberries, in partnership with the "Moscow Parcel Locker" network, has launched free 24/7 delivery to more than 900 parcel lockers in the capital. This was reported by the marketplace's press service.
Parcel lockers are located in residential buildings and in the adjacent territories. Now you can arrange delivery to a convenient location for the client on the website or in the mobile application of the marketplace.
The delivery speed depends on the location of the logistics center from where the orders are shipped. Goods from nearby warehouses can be received in less than a day.
The average delivery time for orders from the pick-up point to the parcel locker is about 16 hours (including orders placed in the evening). The buyer will receive a push notification with the access code to the cell when the order is delivered. You can receive prepaid orders from all categories in the parcel locker, it is important that the size of the product does not exceed 35 by 50 by 45 cm, and the weight is no more than 15 kg.
Product returns are carried out through pick-up points or by courier. Through the parcel locker, you can receive orders with prepayment from all categories of the marketplace catalog — there are no restrictions.
