It is worth noting that the authorities have seriously taken up the problem of traffic violations by personal mobility device drivers. In Moscow, scooter riders have already begun to be fined for refusing to dismount at a pedestrian crossing.

One of the first fined was millionaire Valery Gylka. The violation was recorded on an outdoor video camera, and the perpetrator was found by the electric scooter number. The fine amounted to 1 thousand rubles.

Earlier www1.ru reported that numbers and radio tags will be installed on electric scooters.
