WSJ: Russia Adapts Electronic Warfare to Intercept Precision Munitions

Russian military forces are gradually adapting electronic warfare (EW) capabilities to intercept precision-guided munitions. In the future, they will be able to intercept ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles more frequently, according to The Wall Street Journal.
