Assembly of Exeed VX cars of the Chery concern will begin in July at the former Mercedes-Benz plant in Esipovo, Moscow region. Sales of the cars are scheduled to begin in August.
Avtodom, which owns the plant, will receive a reward for the assembled cars. According to insiders, the amount is up to $500 per car kit.
Dealers should receive the first batch of cars in August. If everything is in order, another model will be put on the assembly line in February next year.
