The Uran-6 robotic complex is more suitable for clearing open areas of anti-personnel and anti-tank mines, as well as explosive objects, in remote control mode. Its weight is 6 tons, and the control range is up to 800 meters.
The Uran-6 is made according to a modular scheme, has a welded armored hull that provides protection against the blast effect of anti-personnel mines and fragments of explosive objects. During mine clearance, the sapper is at a safe distance, controlling the vehicle with a radio control panel.
Kort-B
For making passages in minefields, military personnel use the Kort-B armored mine clearance vehicle. In addition, it serves to transport personnel of sapper units, its capacity is 5 people.
The vehicle received a platform for placing cargo up to 5 tons, a mounted roller-knife trawl KMT-7, a self-entrenching device, a crane boom with a manual winch with a lifting capacity of up to 2.5 tons, and a jammer for neutralizing mines with radio detonators.
