КамАЗ построит первый в России роботизированный завод по производству грузовиков

Investment in the project — 50.2 billion rubles

Russia will have the country's first robotic factory for the production of medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks. The document was signed by the General Director of PJSC "KamAZ" Sergey Kogogin, the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, and the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov during the SPIEF.

The plans for the construction of the site are grandiose. The plant is planned to be built from 2024 to 2026 on a land plot of 60 hectares in Moscow. It will be provided by the Moscow government. The plant itself will be 200 thousand square meters.

Investment in the project — 50.2 billion rubles. It is planned to create 1.4 thousand jobs. There are no other details about the plant.

Why the production will be created in Moscow is unknown. But PJSC "KamAZ" is firmly cooperating with the capital — 1.4 thousand electric buses produced by KamAZ move around the city. In addition, the location of the industrial site in Moscow is justified from a logistical point of view. Some details are more convenient to conduct through the capital.
