Prices for cars produced under the VOLGA brand will start from 2.5 million rubles or slightly cheaper, about the same as the LADA Aura. This opinion was expressed by the editor-in-chief of the magazine "Za Rulem", Maxim Kadakov.
I think that the VOLGA sedan (C40) will be about the same price as the Lada Aura — about 2.5 million rubles. At the same time, VOLGA is better equipped: a more advanced multimedia system, it has more airbags and a more powerful engine.
The auto expert suggested that the K30 crossover would cost from 2.5 million rubles to 3 million rubles, and the maximum cost of the K40 crossover would be 3.5 million rubles.
As a reminder, VOLGA cars were first shown at the "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" exhibition in Nizhny Novgorod. The cars are copies of various Changan models with a modified front bumper and radiator grille.
Cars will begin to be assembled from 2024, and full-cycle production will start in 2025. According to insiders, GAZ will cost 60 billion rubles. The first model to roll off the assembly line will be the C40 sedan.
