Russians have been complaining about delays in parcels from the operator "Russian Post" since April 30 of this year. Employees of the Federal Customs Service (FCS) said that the delivery problems are due to the lack of funds in the postal service's account.
The FCS software is operating normally. Parcels that do not require payment of customs duties are released automatically in a matter of minutes.
Difficulties were noted only with international parcels, all of them are under control. Representatives of the customs service explained that as soon as the money is credited to the account of "Russian Post", the registration procedure will begin. The FCS separately noted that no decisions were made to return to the country of origin.
Earlier www1.ru reported that "Russian Post" postponed the launch of cargo delivery by drones.
