Не рой яму другому: антироссийские санкции уменьшили производство Boeing

The company has a shortage of spare parts

Sanctions against Russia have led to problems at the American corporation Boeing. Difficulties with the shortage of spare parts have affected the reduction in production volumes.

Heat exchangers for Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft were created in Russia, in the city of Kimry (Tver region). It was there that the joint venture of JSC "HS-Nauka" and American RTX Collins Aerospace was located. But under the pressure of sanctions, production was closed in 2022, and all factories were moved to Connecticut and Wolverhampton.

At that time, the problem was not obvious, because the capacity of American enterprises was quite enough. However, the corporation decided to increase the production of wide-body aircraft, but suddenly there were not enough factory lines. Company representatives warned investors that they would not be able to create the specified number of aircraft this year.

Earlier www1.ru reported that in Russia there are no problems with spare parts for Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
