Since March 26, owners of Qiwi wallets have requested refunds totaling 167 million rubles through the personal account of the payment service. This was reported by the Deposit Insurance Agency.

The court hearing on the introduction of the forced liquidation procedure of KIWI Bank will be held on April 10. According to a representative of the DIA, settlements with creditors will begin in July of this year after the closure of the register of claims. The funds will be taken from the correspondent account of the credit institution in the Central Bank, and money from the sale of KIWI Bank's assets will also be used.
Note that the return of money from the Qiwi wallet has become available on the website of the credit institution. To do this, you need to fill out a form. You need to provide passport data, TIN, SNILS, postal address and account details.
Recall that the Central Bank revoked KIWI Bank's license on February 21. The reason is a violation of Russian legislation regarding the regulation of banks' operations. After that, a temporary administration was appointed at KIWI Bank. Its functions were assigned to the DIA.
