Members of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers approved a strategic plan for the digital transformation of public administration until 2030. It involves reducing the time for providing online services, a full transition to electronic document management for local governments, state and municipal institutions, as well as automating interaction between departments.
What Tasks Did the Government Set?
According to the government's plan, the number of services provided in electronic format will increase to 100 by 2030. At the same time, the user will receive a response at the time of the request. Currently, Russians can receive 60 services on Gosuslugi.
It is expected that thanks to the "Standard Cloud Solution for Electronic Document Management System," all local governments will switch to electronic document management by 2030. And the share of state information systems operated on the basis of "GosTech" will increase to 100% by this time.
All civil servants will receive a standard automated workplace by 2030. At the same time, Russian software will be implemented in all departments and instances. By the end of 2024, 700,000 employees in government structures will switch to domestic software.
