Programmers at Bauman Moscow State Technical University have developed a Russian analogue of the Western application Otter.Ai, which is a digital copy of a person's identity. The software collects a large amount of confidential data about the user and can become a full-fledged assistant.
The author of the project, David Merkulov, explained that this is an improved personal digital assistant.
It will tell you where and when the user was, who he communicated with, what arguments he used in the conversation
How the application works:
- Records an audio file during a conversation
- Sends data with the user's voice and location to the server
- The neural network on the server translates audio into text and uploads it to the phone
- All data is stored in encrypted form, you need to enter a password to enter the application
At the same time, the software is able to distinguish the voice of the smartphone owner from other speakers. In addition to recording conversations, the application recognizes the emotions of the participants in the conversation and reports whether it was constructive.
The developers believe that an analogue of Otter.Ai can be used by journalists, businessmen and people with poor memory.
Earlier, students of South Ural State University developed the «Digital Asceticism» application, which will help reduce dependence on smartphones.
