Employees of the Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry of the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food have developed a unique method that allows printing products on a 3D printer that are ideally suited to humans. Scientists emphasize that all ingredients are exclusively natural.
According to Irina Kaltovich, Head of the Sector of Complex Research of Meat Products, the developers take into account the taste of the customer. With the help of mixtures, they can print sausages, boneless chicken wings, beef chops and much more.

Belarusian scientists can model the composition and shape of the product. The actual food 3D printer is a technological tablecloth. There are no analogues of this technology in the world.
