The United Aircraft Corporation will increase the production of combat aircraft in 2024-2025. This was announced by the head of PJSC "UAC," Yuri Slyusar, at an expanded meeting of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The plans for 2024-2025 exceed the plans for 2022-2023, meaning a constant, steady growth. The growth is due to the quantity of the types that are already being produced, plus new types of aircraft that we are starting to produce. Of course, we believe that the Su-57 aircraft, which is now being delivered and actively participating [in the SMO], is an aircraft that better meets the needs.
It is likely that the "new" types of aircraft include the recently patented UAC supersonic multi-purpose tactical aircraft for detecting and engaging air, surface, and ground targets.
One can also assume the participation in the serial production of a new hypersonic military aircraft with a unique power plant using aviation kerosene and cryogenic fuel.
