It is assumed that by 2030, all foreign cybersecurity tools will be replaced by Russian counterparts

According to materials for the national project "Data Economy", it is proposed to allocate:

  • 12 billion rubles - for cybersecurity systems;
  • 7.1 billion rubles - for the development of a new computer attack counteraction system "Multiscanner", associated with the FSB;
  • 3.7 billion rubles - for the "Antifraud" state systems, which combats fraudulent calls under the auspices of Roskomnadzor, and "Antiphishing" under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Development, which blocks fraudulent sites;
  • 2.4 billion rubles - for external expertise on the security of key Russian state information systems.

It is obvious that systems such as the automated internet security system (АСБИ) will also be developed. It operates through technical means of countering threats (ТСПУ) as part of the implementation of the law on the sovereign internet.

АСБИ, for example, in the last year helped block or restrict more than half a million information resources in Russia that distributed malicious software, were created by malicious actors, or violated laws.
