The leading manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles in Russia, Geoscan Group, and Sberbank have signed an agreement to combine efforts in the development of the Geoanalytics platform 'Geometry'.
In particular, Geoscan will gain access to the platform with artificial intelligence (AI) and in return will provide data collected using drones.
As clarified by Sberbank's press service, the platform processes images, classifies objects: fields, forests, buildings. 'Geometry' helps solve various tasks: climate monitoring, crop forecasting, tracking parking spaces, searching for locations for business opening.
Currently, the AI platform represents 12 types of objects, another 30 are under development. It is noted that 'Geometry' is in demand in agriculture, urban and forestry, construction.
