The Chinese concern Chery has launched the sale of its cars through the popular Russian marketplace Ozon all over Russia, involving regional dealers. This was announced by the manufacturer's press service.
Buyers have access to lots with Tiggo 4 Pro, Tiggo 7 Pro Max, Tiggo 8 Pro, Tiggo 8 Pro Max crossovers, Arrizo 8 sedan. It is noted that before payment, users need to choose the function of delivering the car by courier. The delivery time of the car depends on the region, for example, in settlements of the Central Federal District, Chery will be delivered in 1-4 days, and in the Far Eastern Federal District - in 38 days.
After the departure of many foreign brands, Chinese concerns began to enter the Russian market. For example, Chery took over the capacity of the former Volkswagen plant in Kaluga, where it plans to release Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max.
There were also reports about the interest of the Chinese company to the plant in Esipovo near Moscow, where Mercedes-Benz cars were assembled. However, the owner of the production line did not confirm the possibility of producing Chery cars.
