The "Atypical AvtoVAZ" public page reported that the production of Lada Vesta station wagons will resume in November of this year. This refers to the mass production of cars in both the regular version (SW) and off-road versions with plastic body kits (SW Cross). After that, the Vesta family will be fully represented on the assembly line.
As a reminder, the restart of Lada Vesta NG production took place on March 3, with the assembly equipment being moved from Izhevsk to the main assembly line in Togliatti. Currently, AvtoVAZ only produces Vesta NG sedans – regular and Cross versions. Station wagons were also assembled, but not for retail sale, but, for example, for demonstration in dealer showrooms and press fleets.
The cost of the station wagon has not been announced, but it will clearly be more expensive than the sedan. The four-door Lada Vesta currently costs from 1.24 to 1.585 million rubles.
