The heavy drone 'Partizan' being developed in Novosibirsk will be launched into series in 2024. This was announced by the chairman of the industrial council of the NTI Center in the direction of 'Technologies for modeling and development of new functional materials with prescribed properties' Anton Ryazantsev.
There is experimental design work 'Partizan' for heavy drone, and in 2024 it is planned to deploy production complex and release 10 series samples.
The feature of 'Partizan' consists in its hybrid power installation - electric and heat simultaneously. For example, there are four electric motors on the wings on the left and right that drive the propellers, blowing the wing. And a large cruising engine - piston.
Due to the propellers on the wing, lift, necessary for take-off, is achieved faster, therefore 'Partizan' does not need a long runway: the drone will be able to take off from sites measuring 50 by 50 meters. The payload of 'Partizan' is up to 1 ton, the heat transfer distance is up to 1 km.
