The 'Rostec' holding, that is part of the 'Schwabe' holding, has presented a new device at the 'Innoprom-2023' exhibition, which is currently taking place in Yekaterinburg. This device allows to perform noninvasive respiratory therapy, as well as short-term invasive and noninvasive lung ventilation in newborns.
The device is based on the principle of CPAP therapy: the method involves creating a constant positive pressure in the infants' airways. The device was developed taking into account the wishes of the staff of resuscitation and intensive care departments of maternity hospitals and perinatal centers.
'For the enterprises of the Innoprom Corporation, it's a good opportunity to demonstrate what we have achieved over the past year, what ideas we have implemented, what new products we have created. This year at the unified stand of Rostec we are presenting several innovations, including for Russian medics - air ozonizers, neonatal technology, immunoglobulin preparations, created in Russia at a full production cycle. These are high-quality developments that have undergone all the necessary tests. They have already received state registration and are ready for serial production in the interests of domestic healthcare', - said the executive director of Rostec Oleg Evtushenko.
