In Yelabuga launches a joint project of Gazprom gas motor fuel and RariTEK Holding. As part of it, tractors assembly equipped with a 130-horsepower gas piston engine MMZ-262 CNG/LNG will start at the capacities of LLC TPC MTZ-Tatarstan (this is a subsidiary of the Belarusian MTZ). In 2023-2024, it is planned to assemble 200 units.
The main volume of compressed methane is placed in a removable fuel module with four 100-liter cylinders at the front hitch. Another 76 kg of liquefied methane is in a 240-liter cryo-tank behind the cabin.
On a fully fueled fuel module at nominal load, the tractor can work for 6 engine hours, as much - with a fully fueled cryo-tank. The tractor can be refueled directly in the field using mobile gas refuelers.
