Delivery company PickPoint announced the suspension of its services in Russia.
A PickPoint hotline employee told TASS: "We are temporarily suspending operations."
He also clarified that senders will receive refunds for parcels that were previously placed in PickPoint mailboxes for sending.
The Kommersant magazine mentions a letter sent by PickPoint CEO Nadezhda Romanova to the company's partners. This letter describes financial difficulties caused by the withdrawal of Western retailers and investors, and the difficult decision to cease operations in Russia. In connection with this, PickPoint stopped accepting new goods from April 4. The return of already accepted but undelivered goods to senders is planned to be carried out from April 6 to April 30.
