The Russian T-90M "Proryv" tank has proven that it can effectively support infantry actions in battle. Crews use its "armored fist" to break through fortifications and destroy enemy manpower. Open and closed firing positions allow hitting targets with guided missiles at a distance of up to 9,000 m, noted military expert Alexander Khrolenko.
Accuracy and maneuverability on par with artillery
According to him, the "Proryv" is not inferior to self-propelled artillery units in accuracy, but thanks to a powerful diesel engine, it wins in maneuverability.
A thermal imager and commander's all-round view cameras provide fighters with instant target detection, and an automated fire control system allows them to quickly respond to threats.
Armor and protection - an impenetrable shield
The tank is equipped with "Relikt" and "Arena-M" dynamic protection, composite armor and anti-cumulative grills.
Ammunition of 40 shells is reliably distributed, the loading machine is armored, and the crew has been reduced to three people. These systems increase the survivability of the vehicle on the battlefield and minimize the risk of detonation.
Tankers' delight: "sniper rifle among tanks"
T-90M crews do not hide their admiration for the tank and point to the ability to accurately hit targets at long distances.
A fabulously chic machine. In terms of accuracy and rate of fire, it is a sniper rifle among tanks. The machine uses a variety of shells - armor-piercing, sub-caliber, thermobaric.
"Space technologies" inside the T-90M
The tank is equipped with a 125-mm 2A46M-5 gun with laser guidance, multi-layer armor equivalent to 850 mm of steel, a powerful and economical diesel engine with 1,130 hp, a navigation system with electronic mapping and inter-object interaction modes. These technologies provide unsurpassed combat effectiveness.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the fiber-optic FPV drone "Zanoza" developed by the "Groza" project hits 80% of targets.
