Каршеринговая компания распродаёт автопарк: сколько стоят машины и какие подводные камни существуют

Delimobil Received Almost 600 Million Rubles from the Sale of Written-Off Cars, with Prices Below Market Averages

Acquiring a car for many Russians is currently a serious financial burden. Even the cost of used cars with high mileage is quite high now. However, Delimobil, a carsharing company, offers its cars at prices significantly below market averages. What is the reason for such attractive offers, and how reasonable and safe is it to buy cars after they have been used in carsharing?

How Often are Carsharing Cars Bought?

Delimobil employees reported that they have been selling vehicles from their fleet since the end of 2022. Last year, the company expanded its activities under the Kupimobil brand, starting to offer cars from Chinese manufacturers from partners, and also launched the "Forever" tariff, which allows users to buy out a rented car from the service online.

Kupimobil features cars from the service's own fleet and the fleet of partners. The average age of the cars is six years. Buyers have access to several dozen models of European and Asian brands, including Volkswagen, Renault, Mercedes, Hyundai, and others.

In 2024, the company sold approximately 800 cars. In Moscow, for example, you can choose from 300 options, and in St. Petersburg — from 68.

In 2025, Delimobil plans to sell several thousand cars to continue developing its business. Last year, the company increased revenue from the sale of used cars by 21% — to 594 million rubles.

Cars can be purchased by both individuals and legal entities. The service is especially in demand among business representatives, including delivery services and taxi fleets.

What are the Prices for Carsharing Cars?

On the Kupimobil portal, the cost of cars is indeed tempting. For example, a 2016 Hyundai Solaris with a mileage of 187 thousand kilometers can be bought for 630 thousand rubles. At the same time, on car sales websites, prices for these models start from 815 thousand rubles, and the mileage in many ads is even higher.

On Kupimobil, you can buy a 2018 Volkswagen Polo with a mileage of 230 thousand kilometers for 720 thousand rubles. On other platforms, the cost of this model varies from 1 to 1.2 million rubles.

Delimobil's fleet also includes premium cars. For example, a 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLC with a mileage of 147,000 kilometers can be purchased for 2,290,000 rubles. In the secondary market, such cars usually cost from 3,300,000 to 5,000,000 rubles. Delimobil does not believe that they offer cars at below-market prices.

The cost of cars presented in Kupimobil is average for the market. The company offers customers cars with full pre-sale service, a confirmed operating history, and a fixed cost.

Nikita Rodionov, technical director of the international car service network FIT SERVICE, emphasized in an interview with NGS that buying a car that was previously used in carsharing is similar to buying a car that worked in a taxi. He noted that such transactions must be approached with particular care and seriousness.

You need to understand that the car was actively used, and the resources of components and assemblies are most often significantly reduced due to the intensity of use of the car.

The expert emphasized that when purchasing a car that was previously used in carsharing, you should not only conduct a visual inspection with the involvement of a professional, but also carry out a thorough check of all components and mechanisms.

The future owner should receive a detailed report on the results of the diagnostics, which will indicate all the detected technical problems, required repairs and replacements, as well as the estimated cost of the upcoming activities.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the most expensive car colors in Russia have become known. It turned out that it is most difficult and expensive to restore coatings that consist of several layers of varnish, and also contain metallic or pearlescent additives.
