Чем удивит новейший Як-130М: от учебно-боевых задач до штурмовых операций и борьбы с дронами

Yak-130M can be used to retrain flight personnel on new combat aircraft

The Yak-130M, with its open weapons control system and modern integrated control system KSU-130/M, is capable of simulating simplified combat modes and flight performance parameters of a huge range of tactical aviation aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces in subsonic flight modes, up to 950—1050 km/h. This primarily concerns machines such as the Su-30SM2, Su-35S, and Su-25SM3.

The main advantage of the machine is the presence of a multi-mode onboard radar BRLS-130R, which detects fourth-generation fighters at a distance of 80—100 km. R-77-1 air-to-air missiles with active radar homing heads or R-74M missiles can be used against them. Therefore, in an aerial combat, the Yak-130M crew will be able to stand up for themselves.

The aircraft can also be used to intercept enemy drones over rear areas, and the economical AI-222-25 engines make the Yak-130M a more priority anti-drone tool than the heavy Su-30SM.

The aircraft's radar can detect and classify ground targets in all weather conditions, providing guidance for Kh-38MA and Kh-38MT tactical missiles or Kh-35U missiles.

Also, do not forget about equipping the Yak-130M with a new SOLT-130K optoelectronic complex. It is designed to detect targets in the infrared, television, and low-light ranges, to guide Kh-38ML and MT missiles, S-8L rockets, as well as various types of guided aerial bombs. The complex is located in a suspended container.

The modernized systems of the Yak-130M include the BRLS-130R airborne radar station, the President-S130 airborne defense system, the SOLT-130K optoelectronic laser thermal imaging system, and the KSS-130 communication system. The Yak-130M is designed for a maximum takeoff weight of 10,290 kg and is capable of carrying a combat load of up to 2,500 kg.

Thus, considering the presence of a pilot and systems operator, the Yak-130M can be used to retrain flight personnel on new machines.
