The Moskvich plant will begin production of a new modelunder the index 8 - a family crossover with 7 seats with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 174 horsepower. The company also plans to increase the level of localization, using more Russian components.
In Nizhny Novgorod, at the facilities of the Nizhny Novgorod Automobile Cluster, production of Volga cars willresume. The model range willinclude three models: a sedan and two crossovers, based on modified models of the Chinese brand Changan. Plans include the production of about 100 thousand cars per year.
At the former Hyundai plant in St. Petersburg (owned by AGR), production of cars under the Solaris brand continues. The plant operates on a full cycle technology and already in December last yearreleased 20,000 cars. The plans include launching a new line of vehicles with the participation of eastern partners.
The Haval plant in the Tula region assembles 9 models, including Jolion and F7. In 2025, the launch of a new hybrid crossover is expected, probably the Haval H7.
At the plant in Kaluga (the former PSMA RUS enterprise, owned by Automotive Technologies), the assembly of Citroёn C5 Aircross and Haval M6 continues. It is expected that in 2025 production of the Peugeot 4008 will begin, although the information has not yet been officially confirmed. It is known for certain that the production sitewill be used for the production of a competitor to LADA Largus - Peugeot Partner.
Sollers has expanded its model range,starting the production of ST8 and ST9 pickups in Vladivostok, and in Yelabuga theproduction of the SP7 minivan with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine will start.
