Sber and the Orenburg special economic zone have agreed to develop digital tools for attracting foreign employees to Russian companies. The agreement was signed at the Russian-Indian business forum "TIME" in Kazan.

One of the directions will be the development of Sber's platform in conjunction with the Rabota.ru service. The partners will also explore the possibility of connecting the Orenburg SEZ to it to automate the interaction between employers and other participants in the hiring process.

The joint service is planned to be comprehensive: it will cover the main stages of attracting and supporting foreign workers in Russia. Special attention will be paid to the accreditation and adaptation of employees.

The project is designed to simplify international recruitment, including workers from India, and help industrial enterprises solve staffing problems.
