Sber introduced GigaPlatform AI Studio — a free platform where users can configure neural networks, connect their documents to them, and create AI agents from ready-made blocks. Access is available via Sber ID. The program is focused on creating an AI agent without writing code.

The studio contains models from the GigaChat family, including GigaChat 3.5 Reasoning. Users can send a single query to several versions of the neural network at once, compare the responses, and choose the most suitable model. It is also possible to change instructions and generation parameters to customize it for a specific task.

One of the platform's capabilities is creating assistants that respond based on the user's own materials. For this, documents or a knowledge base are connected to the model. For example, this can be used to assemble a consultant for the HR department, a first-line technical support assistant, or a sales department assistant.

For more complex research, GigaPlatform AI Studio provides a Deep Research mode. It studies open sources, compares information, and prepares a structured report with links. Users can specify which sources to consider, exclude unnecessary resources, and upload their own files. The finished result can be saved in PDF, HTML, or Markdown.

The platform also works with speech. It allows transcribing audio recordings, voicing text, and adjusting pauses, stresses, and intonations. A dialogue can be created from several voices, for example, for a podcast.

AI agents themselves are assembled in a visual constructor

It connects blocks with the model, knowledge base, voice settings, and dialogue scenario, and then tests the assistant's work directly in the studio. For beginners, there are ready-made templates and a built-in AI assistant that explains the tools' operation and helps analyze uploaded files.

Separately, Sber offers a free computer application designed for working with meetings. According to the company, it recognizes the start of a call, offers to record the conversation, transcribes it, and summarizes it. Processing is performed locally, without sending recordings to the cloud.
