The list of information that can be exchanged using the digital profile infrastructure has been expanded since October 2026. It includes data on higher education and qualifications, enrollment in universities, student IDs, registered results of intellectual activity, vehicles, and bankruptcy.
Now the system provides for the exchange of information on higher education and qualifications, enrollment in higher education institutions, student IDs, and volunteer activities. Rosobrnadzor is indicated as the source of this data.
Separately, information on registered results of intellectual activity and equivalent means of individualization, including the status of exclusive rights, has been added. This data is provided by Rospatent.
The list also includes an extract from the state register of vehicles with a reduced set of information about the car. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia acts as the source of information.
The digital profile also provides for the exchange of information from the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information. At the same time, the list includes data on electronic sick leave certificates, maternity capital, pledges of movable property, and electronic certificates of inheritance rights.
The resolution establishes different deadlines for the start of exchange of certain types of information. For example, data on education, intellectual property, cars, and bankruptcy belong to the category for which exchange is provided from October 1, 2026. Information on criminal records and some vehicle data should be connected later - from February 1, 2027.
The experiment itself to improve the quality and connectivity of data in state information resources has been in effect since July 1, 2019, and is designed to run until December 31, 2030.
